1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, signing in to, or using LivyFlow ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
LivyFlow is a personal budgeting ledger that lets you manage budgets, income, expenses, search and reorder entries, export CSV, and optionally sync or email budgets.
- Create and manage budgets
- Track income and expenses
- Search, filter, reorder, and duplicate starred entries
- Sync budgets across devices when you choose to use cloud sync
- Email a selected budget to a recipient you choose
3. Accounts and Sign-In
A LivyFlow account is required to use the App. You can sign in with Apple or Google. Your account is used to tie together your local data, cloud sync, and optional sharing features.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Apple or Google account you use to sign in and for all activity that occurs under that account.
4. Free and Paid Features
Free Plan: up to 5 budgets and up to 250 entries per budget.
LivyFlow Pro Subscription ($4.99/month):
- Unlimited budgets
- Unlimited entries per budget
- Restore purchases and manage your subscription from inside the App
All other core budgeting features remain available in the Free Plan.
5. Subscription Terms
LivyFlow Pro is managed by Apple and is tied to your Apple ID.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store account settings or from the App
- You can restore purchases on any device signed into the same Apple ID
6. Data and Privacy
LivyFlow stores data locally on your device by default. If you choose to sync or email a budget, the App sends the relevant data to our cloud providers to perform that feature. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate information when you sign in or share data
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or abuse the App
- Not use the App to store or transmit malicious code
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will meet your specific needs
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Financial calculations will be suitable for your circumstances
LivyFlow is not a financial advisor. The App is a tool for organizing budgets. You should consult a qualified professional for financial advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LivyFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App, including loss of data, financial losses, or business interruption.
10. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LivyFlow and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App for conduct that we believe:
- Violates these Terms
- Is harmful to other users or third parties
- Is fraudulent or illegal
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
